Nowadays, it is necessary to send an email to any important work. If you do not know the correct way to send email, you may not be able to complete the task properly. STEP - 1 (Compose)
At first of all you need to open the gmail application. Then click on compose button.
STEP - 2
A new page will open. Here from, To, CC, BCC, and message body or compose email will be written.
STEP -3 (FROM)
From , the email ID that will be sent, the ID may be yours or someone else's.
To, means you have to enter the mail ID of the person to whom you want to send the mail.
STEP -5 (CC)
Suppose, you work for a company and you want to send an e-mail to your company worker, then you have to enter your worker's mail ID in "TO". If you want to give this mail to your manager, you have to write your manager's email ID in CC. If you enter the mail ID in CC, your worker will not know that you have sent this mail to the manager. Only those who will be given a mail ID in CC will know to whom the mail has been sent.
BCC means blind carbon copy. If you send a mail ID to BCC then no one who is in TO or BCC will know. If you want to send the mail that you sent to the worker or manager to the boss, then if you enter the mail ID of the boss in BCC, the manager or worker will not know that you have sent the mail to the boss.
The subject is the content of the mail that is sent.
The full details of the purpose for which you are sending the mail should be written in the message body or in the Compose mail.
